Bring testing home
Participants access their organization’s program and complete a brief online questionnaire for medical review. Programs can also offer an optional Snapshot experience before the questionnaire. Once approved, they receive their home sleep test with easy-to-follow instructions.

Will an employer see individual results?
Employer and sponsor access does not include individual questionnaires, diagnoses, or sleep-study reports. Any program reporting is limited to appropriately aggregated information with safeguards for small groups. Clinical information is shared only through an appropriate clinical or authorized process.
Can our organization help pay for testing?
We can discuss preferred pricing and funding arrangements that fit your program. Available options and terms are agreed with Continuum before launch.
Does joining a program mean someone is approved for testing?
No. Each participant completes an individual clinical evaluation. Testing proceeds only when appropriate and authorized.
Can you support trucking companies and commercial drivers?
We can discuss home sleep testing for eligible drivers and physician-interpreted reports. Let us know any medical examiner requirements before testing; DOT certification decisions remain with the medical examiner.
