Complete your health questionnaire, choose an appropriate at-home sleep study and follow the instructions provided with your kit. A sleep physician reviews and signs your Sleep Study Report.

A CPAP prescription or prescription for an oral appliance for sleep apnea is included when clinically appropriate.
