Home sleep testing questions
A little clarity
before you begin.
Do you accept insurance?
We don’t accept insurance at this time. Home sleep testing is self-pay, and you’ll see the total price before checkout.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes. You can use your HSA or FSA card at checkout for eligible home sleep testing. Keep your receipt for your records. Your plan determines expense eligibility and documentation requirements, and your card issuer determines payment approval.
Who can help me set up my test?
Follow the instructions included with your kit. For help with setup, recording or your device, contact the testing company using the support details provided.
Does the price change if I record fewer nights?
No. Core and Premier include up to three recording nights for one price, whether you complete one, two, or three nights. Platinum includes one comprehensive night of home polysomnography (PSG). Follow the instructions provided with your selected test.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Standard delivery is included. If your kit needs to be returned, prepaid return shipping is included too.
How do I get approved for a home sleep test?
First complete a brief eligibility check. If you can continue, create your account and complete a short clinical questionnaire evaluated under our medical team’s protocols. If approved, you can proceed with testing.
Is home sleep testing right for everyone?
No. Depending on your health history and symptoms, a different evaluation or an in-lab sleep study may be more appropriate.
What happens after my test?
A sleep physician reviews and signs your Sleep Study Report. A CPAP prescription or prescription for an oral appliance for sleep apnea is included when clinically appropriate. Review your documents in your patient account.
Can I use my sleep study for a DOT medical evaluation?
If your DOT medical examiner has requested a sleep study, share their requirements with our team before ordering. For eligible patients, our home tests use FDA-cleared devices and include a report interpreted by a board-certified sleep physician that you can share with your examiner. Your examiner determines medical certification and whether further documentation or treatment information is needed.
Where can I find my orders and results?
Use patient login to sign in with your email and password or a secure login link. Then you can view your submitted evaluation, orders, and available results.
